We’re in full ice-road/exploration mode on the slope. Camps are full and crews and equipment are staged everywhere. With lots of hiring comes lots of turnover. Some companies keep postings open all winter knowing they’ll need to refill or add to positions as the season goes forward.

If you’ve applied for a job and the posting is still open, maybe give the company a call to make sure your application is still active and to let HR know you’re available. Submit another application if you think it’ll help. Sometimes the most recent applicant will get the call because their name is “fresh” in the minds of the hiring staff.
